Our 3-person design office models every assembly in 2D and 3D, from your specifications to the certification file.
Machining
13 machines in our Charny factory to machine and assemble our Ex d and Ex e enclosures.
Production
Wiring, assembly and testing of every enclosure on a 12 V / 500 V test bench before shipping.
Our product ranges
Aluminium alloy, cast iron, graphite-loaded polyester and 316L stainless steel. Supplied empty, machined or fully equipped.
Ex d enclosures
DAS, CAS 140 to 430, CAS IIB+H2, EJB and EJC. Gas groups IIB, IIB+H2 and IIC, IP66.
Ex e enclosures
BAS-P, BAS-A and BAS-I junction boxes and control stations, more than 75 sizes.
Cable glands
For armoured and unarmoured cables, with or without compound barrier, nickel-plated brass or stainless steel.
Custom solutions
Motor starters, battery chargers, distribution panels, hydrogen enclosures.
