Series of Antidéflagrant Service flameproof enclosures ready to be equipped

Since 1963, Antidéflagrant Service has designed and built ATEX enclosures for explosive gas and dust atmospheres in zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 in Charny, Burgundy, France: Ex d flameproof ATEX enclosures and Ex e increased safety ATEX enclosures. We also supply the ATEX products that go with them: ATEX cable glands and ATEX signalling. Every ATEX enclosure can be supplied empty, machined or fully equipped and wired in our factory, and our design office adapts it to your application.

Ex d and Ex e enclosures, which can house Ex i circuits, in polyester, aluminium alloy, cast iron and 316L stainless steel, supplied empty, machined or fully equipped and wired. All our equipment is ATEX and IECEx certified, and on request INMETRO, UL/CSA and TR CU.

Ex d flameproof enclosures

Parts that could ignite the atmosphere are enclosed in a housing that withstands an internal explosion and prevents it from spreading outside. DAS, CAS 140 to CAS 430, CAS IIB+H2, EJB and EJC ranges, in aluminium alloy, cast iron and 316L stainless steel. View Ex d enclosures

Ex e increased safety enclosures

Additional measures prevent excessive temperatures, arcs and sparks. BAS-P (polyester), BAS-A (aluminium alloy) and BAS-I (316L stainless steel) ranges, more than 75 sizes. View Ex e enclosures

ATEX cable glands and accessories

For armoured and unarmoured cables, with or without compound barrier, in polyamide, nickel-plated brass or 316L stainless steel, plus adaptors. View cable glands

ATEX visual and audible signalling

Indicator lights, flashing beacons, sounders and combined units, built into your assemblies or supplied on their own, on request. View signalling
