Manufacturing and wiring
All our assemblies are machined, assembled and wired in our 700 m² factory in Charny, Burgundy, France. We control every step to guarantee the compliance of your equipment and meet our lead times.
Machining
13 conventional machine tools allow us to drill, tap and adapt your enclosures: cable entries, windows, mounting plates, viewing windows and fixings.
Ex d and Ex e assembly
Our assembly area is dedicated to the two main types of protection:
- Ex d (flameproof) : contactors, circuit breakers, isolators, transformers, PLCs, relays and electronics fitted into flameproof enclosures.
- Ex e (increased safety) : junction boxes, terminal blocks and control stations fitted with certified components.
Custom wiring
We build distribution panels, control stations, motor starters and battery chargers, assembled, tested and wired to your diagrams.
Quality at every step
Our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system and our QAN notification and QAR report cover all production. Every assembly is checked on our test bench before shipping.
