Ex d flameproof ATEX enclosures
Our Ex d flameproof ATEX enclosures contain the components that could ignite the atmosphere in a housing that withstands an internal explosion and prevents it from spreading outside. In aluminium alloy, cast iron or 316L stainless steel, they cover gas groups IIB, IIB+H2 and IIC, with IP66 protection, for ATEX zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. Not sure which type of protection you need? Small IIC flameproof ATEX enclosure in aluminium alloy or cast iron, 129 × 129 × 75 mm, Ø 70 mm internal mounting plate.
- Application: terminal box, control stations (switches and selector switches up to 16 A, push buttons, rotary knobs, indicator lights).
- Internal equipment: electronic board, thermostats.
- Options: ambient temperature −40 °C / +60 °C, custom paint.
- Standard paint: M3025 (equivalent to RAL 5010).
CAS 140 and CAS 140 H
IIC enclosure in aluminium alloy, 140 × 140 × 89 mm, Ø 110 mm internal mounting plate.
- Application: terminal box, control stations (switches and selector switches up to 16 A, push buttons, rotary knobs, indicator lights).
- Internal equipment: contactors, motor starters, isolators, fused isolators and circuit breakers (≤ 16 A), electronic boards, relays, thermostats, potentiometers, digital indicators, ammeters, voltmeters, counters, timers, UV flame detectors.
- Options: ambient temperature −40 °C / +60 °C, custom paint, viewing window up to 65 mm diameter.
